The Ardent Decisions Group (ADG) is a unique Consulting Company with extensive experience in Whole of Government response, including After-Action Reporting/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) processes to events at the Academia, Federal, State and Local, and International levels. Our experience supports your organization’s critical efforts to continually improve performance. Our high-level engagement produces the highest quality planning, process improvement, operational execution, assessment, and after-action reporting.
We recently concluded our third AAR/IP with 26 towns using multiple sources of data collection, data analysis, interviews, surveys, and focus groups to improve the response to the citizens of these towns.

The Ardent Decisions Group has a uniquely capable team that can help review, analyze, develop and improve your COVID and/or Public Health response.
Priya Hirway, ScM is a medical bio-statistician who earned her master’s degree from the Department Of Biostatistics and Brown University. Working at a local global clinical research organization (CRO) and university, she provides statistical input, analysis, and interpretation into protocol and case report forms (CRF) in areas of therapeutic trial design and statistical methods for clinical trials and statistical standard operating procedures (SOPs) development. She has interactions with regulatory agencies and clinical trial implementation teams, and is an Instructor and Health Care statistical consultant for pre-doctoral nursing students. Ms Hirway, who works in partnership with ADG, is a woman-owned minority small business and has authored over 17 peer-reviewed publications.
Training
We start with reviewing any crisis plans your organization may have, followed by a 6-hour development session. Our deliverables to you will be recommendations for an effective plan, skills development to execute that plan, and exercises to practice your new capabilities. Importantly, you will gain the knowledge that if an incident occurs the C-Suite leaders, supported by the Board of Directors, have done the due diligence today’s business world demands.
After reviewing your existing plans and preparation practices, Ardent Decisions Group will provide crisis-tested recommended improvements. Additionally, we will develop your leadership skills to better handle a crisis. This independent review and validation is essential for C-Suite and Board of Director oversight, to ensure confidence in the organization’s ability to respond to crisis, ensure shareholder protection, and regulatory compliance.
Additionally, Ardent offers optional follow-on support to continually assess and improve crisis management plans, preparation and prevention practices and leadership development refreshers. If you desire, we can offer additional support to exercise you plans more broadly beyond the C-Suite or on a routine basis.
