Confidentiality

ADG acknowledges that information collected and evaluated under the contract’s scope of services may be considered confidential information and acknowledges that we will not, at any time, whether during the term of the contract or thereafter, disclose to any person, except as required or defined by the contract’s scope of services, any confidential information of any kind in connection with the performance of the contract.

ADG may need to access a client’s IP, and the default position for ADG is non-disclosure without specific permission from the client.
